Returns Policy

 

No one likes hassle with returns, so we like to make things nice and easy for you.

 

If you change your mind on a product, no problem, we offer a no-quibble returns policy.

You may return unwanted items to us for credit.

Items must returned be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

Special orders, made to order items, bespoke items and branded items may not be returned unless they are faulty.  If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement within the product’s warranty period after the defect has been verified by the manufacturer.

If your faulty item was a special order and requires to be replaced, we will include any branding free of charge along with the replacement provided under warranty.

 

Supplying Your Own Garment for Branding

On occasions where customers have supplied their own garments to us to be branded they do so at their own risk.  Whilst we take the very best care with every order, very occasionally things can go wrong.  We cannot accept liability for the cost or replacement of garments we have not supplied.  

Any furniture items which are received and not in full working order will be replaced free of charge. On some occasions we may send an engineer to fix the problem; this will be at our expense.

 

Made to order furniture items are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you change your mind on furniture items we can only accept a return if the original packaging hasn’t been opened, damaged or torn. Items returned which have clearly been opened will result in the item being returned back to you and a refund not provided. We are unable to resell any furniture that has been opened or built.

All furniture returns are chargeable and will be only accepted within 14 days. This includes all electrical furniture components.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
